Ingredients:

1 cup cooked chickpeas
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup all
purpose flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons tahini sauce
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Cooking Instructions:

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, onion, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Pulse until the mixture is combined and forms a paste.
Add the flour and pulse until combined.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
