Ingredients:

1 can of black beans (400g)
1 red onion (100g), diced
2 cloves of garlic (10g), minced
2 tablespoons of olive oil (30ml)
2 tablespoons of lime juice (30ml)
1 teaspoon of cumin powder (5g)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Drain and rinse the black beans in a colander.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced red onion and cook for 3 minutes until softened.
Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
Add the black beans to the skillet and stir to combine with the onion and garlic mixture. Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
Remove from heat and add the lime juice, cumin powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir to combine all ingredients together until evenly distributed throughout the salad mixture.
