Ingredients:

200g firm tofu
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 cup of chopped green onions
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cut the tofu into cubes and place on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and soy sauce.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, ground ginger, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
In a large bowl, combine the tofu cubes, green onions, and parsley.
Drizzle with sesame oil and mix until everything is evenly coated.
