Ingredients:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped finely
2 cups spinach leaves, washed and chopped finely
200 grams paneer cubes
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Add the turmeric powder, garam masala powder and red chili powder (if using). Stir-fry for a few seconds until fragrant.
Add the garlic and onion and sauté until the onion is softened and lightly browned.
Add the spinach leaves and stir-fry until wilted.
Add the paneer cubes and stir-fry for a few minutes until lightly browned on all sides. Season with salt to taste.
Serve hot with rice or roti/chapati of your choice! Enjoy!
