Ingredients:

200g paneer (Indian cheese)
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons tomato puree
2 tablespoons cream
2 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions and fry until golden brown. Add the garlic and ginger paste and fry for another minute.
Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and turmeric powder to the pan and fry for another minute.
Add the tomato puree and cook for 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Add the paneer cubes to the pan and mix well with the spices. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the paneer is cooked through.
Finally add cream to the pan and mix well with all of the ingredients in the pan. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until everything is combined together nicely.
Serve hot with rice or naan bread!
