Ingredients:

200g paneer cubes
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
2 green chillies, chopped finely
2 tablespoons tomato puree
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons cream
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and fry for a few seconds until they start to crackle.
Add the garam masala, coriander powder and turmeric powder and fry for a few more seconds until fragrant.
Add the green chillies and fry for a few more seconds until fragrant.
Add the tomato puree and salt to taste and mix well. Cook for a few minutes until the mixture starts to thicken slightly.
Add the paneer cubes and mix well to coat them with the spices. Cook for about 5 minutes until they are lightly browned on all sides.
Add the cream and mix well to combine everything together into a creamy sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes until everything is heated through and combined together nicely into a creamy sauce with no lumps remaining in it.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving hot with steamed rice or naan breads on the side!
