Ingredients:

200g dried noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
150g ground pork or beef
1/2 cup diced onion

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
