Ingredients:

100g minced pork
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
20 wonton wrappers

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the minced pork, cabbage, carrot, spring onion, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place a wonton wrapper on a flat surface and spoon 1 tablespoon of the filling into the center of the wrapper. Wet your finger with water and run it along the edges of the wrapper to moisten it. Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle shape and press down firmly on the edges to seal them together. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling until all are filled.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan. When hot, add in as many wontons as will fit in one layer without crowding them too much. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on one side then flip over and fry for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown on both sides. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels before serving hot with your favorite dipping sauce or condiment.
