Ingredients:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced bell peppers
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups cooked white rice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, bell peppers and garlic and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
Add the cooked white rice to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes until the rice is heated through.
Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 3 minutes until everything is heated through.
