Ingredients:

50g dried vermicelli noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
100g peeled and deveined shrimp
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the vermicelli noodles and cook for 5 minutes or until al dente. Drain the noodles and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes or until they are cooked through.
Add the cooked vermicelli noodles to the skillet along with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir everything together until combined.
Garnish with chopped green onions (optional) before serving.
