Ingredients:

2 cups all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 cup water
2 tablespoons chopped scallions (green onions)

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the sesame oil and water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a circle about 8 inches in diameter.
Spread each circle with 1 tablespoon of chopped scallions and roll up like a jelly roll. Pinch the ends together to form a ring shape.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and brush with some sesame oil. Place one of the rings in the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Repeat with remaining rings.
Cut each ring into 6 wedges and serve warm or at room temperature with soy sauce or other dipping sauce of your choice if desired.
