Ingredients:

200g fresh shrimp
2 tablespoons Longjing tea leaves
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Peel and devein the shrimp. Rinse them under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sugar, garlic, sesame oil and vegetable oil until combined. Set aside.
Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes or until they are just cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside on a plate.
Add the Longjing tea leaves to the same pan and cook for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
Add the soy sauce mixture to the pan and stir to combine with the tea leaves. Return the shrimp to the pan and stir everything together until evenly coated in sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes or until heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving hot over steamed rice or noodles if desired!
