Ingredients:

200g chicken breast, diced into cubes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons chili paste or chili flakes (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce and sesame oil to the skillet and stir to combine all ingredients together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and combined together.
If desired add chili paste or chili flakes to the skillet and stir to combine everything together again. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through again.
Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles if desired! Enjoy!
