Ingredients:

250g of all
purpose flour
150ml of warm water
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of chopped cabbage
1/4 cup of chopped carrots
1/4 cup of chopped mushrooms

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the flour and salt. Slowly add in the warm water and oil while stirring until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix together the cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms until evenly combined.
Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each piece into a thin circle about 4 inches in diameter. Place about 2 tablespoons of the vegetable mixture in the center of each circle and fold over to form a half moon shape. Pinch the edges together to seal in the filling.
Heat up some oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add in the jiaozi dumplings one at a time. Cook for about 5 minutes or until golden brown on both sides, flipping once during cooking time. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
