Ingredients:

200g dried egg noodles
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
2 tablespoons chili paste or chili oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter
100g ground pork or beef
2 spring onions (chopped)

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the egg noodles. Cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the chili paste or chili oil, soy sauce, sugar, white pepper powder and peanut butter and stir to combine.
Add the ground pork or beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
Add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss to combine with the sauce mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
Garnish with chopped spring onions before serving hot!
