Ingredients:

200g plain flour
150ml water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
100g minced pork or beef (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the flour and salt. Slowly add in the water and oil and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Cover with cling film and set aside for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into small balls of equal size (about 2cm in diameter). Flatten each ball into a disc shape and spoon 1 teaspoon of filling into the centre of each disc. Pinch the edges together to form a dumpling shape.
Bring a large pot of water to the boil over high heat. Gently drop in the dumplings one at a time and cook for 8-10 minutes or until they float to the surface. Serve hot with soy sauce or chilli sauce for dipping.
