Ingredients:

200g beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the beef slices and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
