Ingredients:

200g sirloin steak
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped finely
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped finely
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Rub the steak with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika and oregano.
Place the steak on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Bake for 20 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix together the parsley, cilantro and red wine vinegar to make the chimichurri sauce.
Once the steak is cooked through remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips. Serve with chimichurri sauce on top or on the side. Enjoy!
