Ingredients:

60g of carne seca (dried beef)
1/2 cup of diced abóbora (pumpkin)
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Soak the carne seca in warm water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the carne seca to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Add the abóbora, paprika powder, salt and pepper to taste and stir to combine all ingredients together. Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the abóbora is tender.
