Ingredients:

1 kg pork ribs
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon ground coriander seed
½ teaspoon sea salt

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, coriander seed and sea salt. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
Add the pork ribs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least one hour or overnight for best results.
