Ingredients:

2 cups cassava flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch baking dish with butter or oil.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cassava flour, baking powder and salt.
Add in the olive oil and water and mix until combined. The mixture should be thick and sticky.
Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top with a spoon or spatula.
Drizzle melted butter over the top of the cassava mixture and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
