Ingredients:

1 beetroot (boiled or roasted)
2 tablespoons feta cheese crumbled
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a separate bowl whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
