Ingredients:

1 catfish fillet (150g)
2 slices of bread (50g each)
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (30ml)
1 teaspoon of garlic powder (5ml)
1 teaspoon of paprika (5ml)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season the catfish fillet with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Place the catfish fillet in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on the stovetop until lightly browned.
Place the cooked catfish fillet on one slice of toast and top with the other slice of toast to make a sandwich.
