Ingredients:

200g gluten free flour blend
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
150ml warm water
2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the gluten free flour blend, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until a dough forms. Knead for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each piece into a round disc about 4 inches in diameter. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and press down lightly with your fingers to flatten slightly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top. Allow to cool before serving.
