Ingredients:

500g smoked salmon fillet
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your smoker to 120°C (250°F).
Cut the smoked salmon into thin strips and place them in a shallow dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and black pepper until combined.
Pour the mixture over the salmon strips and toss to coat evenly.
Place the salmon strips on the smoker racks and smoke for 4 hours or until desired texture is achieved.
