Ingredients:

150g ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon oregano powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (400g) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
250ml tomato sauce

Cooking Instructions:

In a large pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add the chili powder, cumin powder, oregano powder, paprika powder and salt to the pot and stir to combine. Cook for another minute or two until fragrant.
Add the red kidney beans and tomato sauce to the pot and stir to combine. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes or until thickened. Stir occasionally while cooking.
Serve with your favorite toppings such as cheese, sour cream or avocado slices! Enjoy!
