Ingredients:

100g lean beef mince
1 bell pepper (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the beef mince and cook until browned. Break up any large chunks with a wooden spoon.
Add the bell pepper, onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add the cumin, smoked paprika powder, chili powder and oregano to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for another minute or two until fragrant.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and remove from heat. Serve with warm tortillas or over rice if desired.
