Ingredients:

1/2 cup cooked ground beef
1/4 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup salsa
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 large flour tortillas

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, black beans, salsa, onion, bell pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Place one of the tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the tortilla. Top with the second tortilla and press down lightly to seal the edges together.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on top.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into wedges and serving warm. Enjoy!
