Ingredients:

2 medium tomatoes, halved
1/2 avocado, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon honey

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the tomato halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
