Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup of sliced tomatoes
1/2 cup of sliced cucumbers

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil to the skillet.
Add the chicken strips to the skillet and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 8 minutes or until cooked through.
Toast the bread in a toaster or on a griddle until lightly browned.
Place the chicken strips on one slice of toast and top with feta cheese, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Top with remaining slice of toast.
Grill sandwich in skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
