Ingredients:

1/2 cup quinoa
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
1/4 cup diced zucchini
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:
