Ingredients:

500g mussels
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 shallot, finely chopped
2 tablespoons white wine or dry vermouth
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons heavy cream or crème fraiche
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your smoker to medium heat.
Place the mussels in the smoker and cook for 15 minutes or until they are cooked through.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and garlic and cook until fragrant.
